Reine worked at the adventurer's guild "Fangs of the Beast King" as a reinforcer, someone who reinforces armor and weapons. Because of his reinforcement skill, the guild became known as one of the top five guilds. But after Reine finished reinforcing all of the guild's equipment, he was fired. As revenge, he took back all the reinforcement points from the guild's equipment and used them to reinforce his own gear. After meeting a pretty girl in town who worked as a receptionist at a small guild, he decided to join their guild as an adventurer.
